If your baby has eczema (symptoms including red, scaly, dry patches of skin, usually on the face and in the bends of the elbows and knees), ask your pediatrician to prescribe a treatment and recommend a bathing and skincare regimen. Children with eczema can be especially sensitive to the ingredients in lotions and soaps.

First, try to get rid as much as stain with plain water. If the stain is mild you can soak it in vinegar, club soda or baking soda. You can also rub a piece of lemon to remove the stain. You can soak it in infant antiseptic lotions to make it germ-free. Consistently to wash your baby's clothes separately. Do not mix it with clothes of other family members.
